Our SHOUT OUT Program was designed to recognize team members for living out our values of Success, Trust, Innovation, Collaboration & Culture, and actively making SAFETY a condition of our workplace and everyday activities.

All are eligible to receive a SHOUT OUT--leaders, managers, co-workers... So anyone can nominate anyone.

And nominating a deserving team member is easy. You can:

• Use the online form below
• Use the fillable SHOUT OUT PDF Form, complete, save/print, and give to HR or email to HR@CentralMcGowan.com.
• Reward them with a few words of praise, gift cards or CM Bucks!

Don't Forget! These SHOUT OUTs are tracked and used to determine our Annual STICC Award Winners.  STICC is short for our values of Success, Trust, Innovation, Collaboration & Culture. Each year, the person who is most recognized for each of our values, Safety & Volunteerism will be given a STICC Award.
